SPF Returns
Recover what the marketplace owes you.
Every returned order is a chance to lose money twice — once on the sale, again on a return that comes back damaged, comes back late, or never comes back at all. SPF Returns finds those returns, builds the evidence, and files the claim.

THE RETENTION GAP
Marketplaces purge return footage at 60 days. Their own policy asks sellers to hold it for 90.
Three ways a return costs you. One place to claim all of them.
Marketplaces call these SPF claims. Each one has its own evidence, deadline, and portal — and each one is usually chased in a spreadsheet, if it is chased at all.
SPF 1
Return Quality Claims
Claims for damaged, used, incorrect, or incomplete returns.
Video and photographs captured at the bench · QC failure reasons mapped to marketplace codes · Filed per order with evidence attached
SPF 2
Delayed Return Claims
Returns initiated but not shipped back within the expected return window.
Detected against OMS receipts · No photography required · Filed in bulk and reconciled back to every order
SPF 3
Missing Return Claims
Return shipments marked dispatched but not received at your warehouse.
Bag manifest checked against contents · Proof-of-delivery photographs as evidence · Filed in bulk and reconciled to every order
The gap between what a marketplace owes on a return and what it actually pays is the whole problem. Closing it is the whole product.
The claim is only as good as the evidence behind it.
01 · CAPTURE
Evidence, made at the bench.
A parcel is scanned, opened on camera, and inspected — then the video is linked to that order by the scan itself, at the moment it happens. Not matched to a timestamp afterwards. That distinction is why marketplaces reject CCTV archives and accept this.
The bench will not let an operator past “before opening” until sealed-parcel shots exist.

CLAIM WINDOW
03 days remaining
Marketplace report and OMS receipt do not reconcile.
02 · DETECTION
Claims you would never have found.
SPF 2 and SPF 3 are absences — a return that was never shipped, or a parcel that never arrived. Nobody spots an absence by looking. We join marketplace return reports against OMS receipts and raise the claim when the window closes, with the deadline on the clock.
03 · FILING
Filed in the portal, not in a spreadsheet.
Claims are batched, the upload file is built to the marketplace’s own template, and the outcome is read back out of upload history and reconciled onto every order in the batch. You see accepted, rejected, and needs-review per claim, not per file.
UPLOAD BATCH
48 claims reconciled
Accepted · rejected · needs review — tracked per order.
EVIDENCE RETENTION
90 day evidence window
Retention deadline is set when every photo and video is captured.
04 · EVIDENCE HANDLING
Your evidence outlives their retention.
Every photograph and video carries its own retention deadline, set when it is captured. Marketplace video systems purge at 60 days while policy asks sellers to hold evidence for 90 — so on the day a claim is challenged, theirs is gone and yours is not.
WHAT YOU GET BACK
Recovery by claim type, marketplace, and warehouse. Ageing buckets, deadline breaches, and which benches are actually capturing.
Built for the people who chase this today
Finance and ops leads
See what has been recovered, what is open, and what is about to breach a deadline, split by marketplace.
Warehouse teams
A scan, a camera, and a guided sequence. Around 40 seconds on a forward parcel, under two and a half minutes on a return.
Category and founder
Own the number nobody sees today: how much return loss is recoverable, and how much was actually recovered.
EVIDENCE AND COMPLIANCE
Made to survive a dispute
The product prevents the mistakes that weaken a fair claim before they become a rejected batch.
Evidence is linked by a scan, not a timestamp — made at capture time, never reconstructed afterwards.
One claim per order is enforced, so incompatible claim types cannot put a whole batch at risk.
Credentials are encrypted at rest and never logged; you establish the marketplace session yourself.
Each brand’s data is isolated at the database level, not by a setting.
An audit log records who filed, changed, or overrode every decision.
Nothing submits live unverified; real post-upload evidence is captured with a person watching.
Set up once. It runs on every return after that.
A provider-shaped connection, mapped evidence, and an audit trail from the first warehouse onward.
